Justin Bieber the controversial pop heartthrob, is reportedly renting a pair of condos in Beverly Hills, according to several tabloids. TMZ broke the news that the “Baby” hitmaker moved into a fancy new building earlier this month and has been renting a penthouse unit and a condo below the penthouse. He apparently needs the space for his entourage.
According to the Trulia Blog, Bieber is reportedly paying $27,000 a month for both the units combined – $16,000 a month for the penthouse unit and $11,000 a month for the fourth-floor condo.
The pictures of Bieber’s new rentals show sleek interiors with dark hardwood flooring, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors. The homes have balconies and modern amenities like a gourmet kitchen and laundry.
Bieber is back in California after a brief stay in Atlanta, where he was renting rapper Dallas Austin’s spaceship-style residence.
Last month, the “As Long as you Love Me” crooner was renting a mansion in Mexico after he got into the “N-word” controversy. A video of Bieber uttering the N-word and making lewd jokes had gone viral on the internet. However, he issued a public apology on twitter claiming he didn’t understand the “power of words” then (he was about 15 years old when the video was filmed).
Beiber’s rental streak comes after he sold off his Calabasas home to “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Khloe Kardashian. He had created quite the ruckus, upsetting neighbors with his late-night partying, speeding and smoking up. He also launched an egg-attack on his neighbor’s house just days before moving out of the area.
Bieber was recently sentenced to two years probation for the egging incident. He was also fined $80,900 and was given five days of community service. He has also been asked to take anger management classes after he pled no contest in the case.
Though his anger bouts have been in control, the partying and his smoking hasn’t stopped. TMZ is reporting that residents of the Beverly Hills building, where Bieber is currently residing, have already complained of loud music and the smell of marijuana seeping into their homes. Cops have already been called twice to the place.
