A petition received in the last hours of the site matter White House. The request is that the Canadian singer, Justin Bieber is deported and banned from the United States, all due to the recent arrest of the star and the other involving the same controversy.

The petition is not something the administration officially left the White House, but the site allows American citizens to create petitions and approve the same before being finally published on the official website, but nevertheless, a lawyer ruled out Justin being deported, reaffirming that there are very few chances of the singer of 19 years to lose the right to live in the United States, since there are worse cases of deportation to the authorities and resolve if Bieber would be something ‘small’ for a case of deportation.

A petition asking President Obama to deport Justin Bieber and revoke his visa is rapidly gaining popularity on the “We The People” of the official White House website, on Friday (24).

“We, the people of the United States feel we are being unfairly represented in the world of pop culture. Would like to see who is dangerous, reckless, destructive and abusive to drugs, Justin Bieber, be deported and his green card revoked,” says petition. “He is not only threatening the safety of our people, but he is also a terrible influence on our nation’s youth. We the people, we would like to draw Justin Bieber in our society.”

Released on Thursday, the petition had nearly 6,000 signatures around 10:00 on Friday. She still needs 94,000 more signatures in order to make an official response from the White House.

Bieber, a Canadian pop singer, was arrested and charged with drunk driving in Florida earlier this week.

An immigration lawyer told ABC that a charge of DUI for the first time is usually not enough to make the immigration authorities opening a deportation case, but it could be done.

Rather than asking the petition, Mr. Bieber is not in the U.S. with a green card, which makes it lawful permanent residency. He is here on a visa O-1, according to The Hollywood Reporter. This is issued to athletes, high profile academics or others who the government considers exceptional in their fields and worthy of being in the country.
